• Low 85/15 split with an annual commission cap of $4800

• No additional commission splits, or franchise fees.

• Co-Op model, with profits being returned to the agents based on sales volume.

• Preferred lenders and closing attorneys are onsite and part of the team.

• Coaching, CE classes, and mastermind groups are available for all agents.

• Designed for elite agents with an active sales history.

• Team models are also available for newer agents.

• Lead Generation program with $0 splits
